Awards Electronic Form

The Integrated Liberal Studies Program offers prizes and scholarships to certificate students. The application process requires: (1) filling the electronic form below, and (2) submitting a paper packet that contains a cover sheet, a current transcript, and other materials as required by the award. Deliver 4 copies of the packet to the ILS Office in Meiklejohn House.

The due date for both is March 16, 2012.
