Shawn Peters

An internationally-recognized expert on religious liberty issues, Shawn Peters has been featured by CNN, PBS, Court TV, Time magazine, and The New York Times. He is the author of four books, including the forthcoming The Catonsville Nine: An American Story (Oxford University Press). Peters holds an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and graduate degrees from the University of New Hampshire, the University of Iowa, and UW-Madison. He coordinates teaching at learning in the university's Center for Education Opportunity.
