Danny Martinez
Daniel Ernesto Martinez, a twenty year old Miami, FL native of Spanish descent who found his way to the more rural Wisconsin countryside at the age of thirteen. He resided in Menomonie, WI until he graduated from high school only to find himself in a comfy niche in the heart of Wisconsin's collegiate institutions, at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Currently of junior status he is a Political Science and International Studies double major who is also pursuing a certificate from the beloved ILS department along with an eventual law degree. When he isn't studying or working you can most likely find him playing soccer at the U-Bay fields, engaged in a tennis match on Lakeshore or just hanging out with his friends at the Memorial Union terrace. Please feel free to stop by and drop him a line over at the newly renovated Meiklejohn house, he would be more than happy to answer any questions or just simply strike up a conversation. Hasta luego!
Danny has taken and highly recommends the following ILS courses:
ILS 209 - Intro to Global Cultures
ILS 251 - Contemporary Physical Science
ILS 252 - Contemporary Life Sciences
ILS 371 - Literature Seminar: The Temptation of Hope with Prof. Klaus Berghahn
