Lynnette Regouby

Lynnette is a dissertator in the History of Science department at UW. Her dissertation focuses on plants and people in the eighteenth century, but ancient and medieval science (the subject matter for ILS 201) is what first drew her to History of Science. Lynnette got a dual BA in Letters and in French Language and Literature at the University of Oklahoma, and an MA from OU's History of Science Department. She moved to UW's History of Science Department for the PhD program and works with the incredible holdings of UW's Special Collections (Memorial Library, 9th floor). As a result of moving north, her football loyalties are not quite evenly divided between the Sooners and the Badgers, so it's a great relief they never play each other.

This fall semester, Lynnette is one of the TAs for ILS 201.
